The 75 bedroom care home is C Squared’s first CARBON ZERO care home for bariatric, dementia, residential and nursing residents. 75 ensuite bedrooms have been planned over 3 floors in T shaped floor plan. The ground floor will have a state-of-the-art bariatric wing completed with private gardens, rehabilitation kitchen and physiotherapy suite. The upper floors will have unique facilities such as activity rooms, private dining rooms, hair/beauty salon, audio visual room etc. The building has been designed with a flat roof to allow Solar PV’s to be discretely located on the roof.
